Monique Foster, CEO
Monique is a Leadership Consultant, Life Coach, and author. She’s also the CEO of Visions LCL another consulting and coaching firm. Her Transformational Leadership style came from her personal life experiences. At a crossroads in life, she decided to return to school. While working and providing for her family, she studied at a private college, Mid America University where she received her bachelor's of science in Healthcare Administration and Ethics and Masters in Leadership with a concentration in Business Management. She believes that when you can see beyond the perimeters of the four walls there are always possibilities and a visionary acceptance solution that help you to reach your destiny called success. It takes determination, persistence, courage, faith, endurance and a good countability partner that will not let you quit, throw in the towel or give up. Her heart for humanity is genuine. She will go the extra mile to create growth through a learning concept that works. Her audiences are families, women, children, and entrepreneurs. A dream that never comes true is not a dream. A good vision comes through strategic planning and implementation.

Ms. Justus Wells, the princess of Visionary Acceptance Solutions, “Highly Trusted, Inc.” Her courageous soul and most enthusiastic spirit have empowered many to believe in their dreams. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and plans to return for her Master's degree in the near future. Our “I can!” She has experience in Marketing, Communication, Administration, and Counseling. She works well with all ages and genders. Mostly, she not only brings much diversity to our group but intellectualism, education, and youthful insight.

Rose Smith, Director of Community Service and Outreach
With elegance and poise, Rose brings to us several years of experience in Administration, Educational Leadership in teaching and training. She has a B.S. in Psychology and Masters in Education. She has traveled the world serving in the foreign missionaries field. Her spiritual guidance, wisdom, and servant leadership style help improve the lives of many individuals in guiding them into their purpose.

Teiara Massey, Director of Mentoring
Ms. Teiara Massey is the CEO of Diamond Princess, a peer mentor organization whose outlet is dancing. This dance group is comprised of young ladies that compete in choreographed routines against like-minded individuals throughout the country. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and she is currently completing her counseling degree at Eastern Michigan University. She is employed at Ann Arbor Public Schools as a Peer Educator. Her positive and zealous attitude moves the heart of anyone who comes in contact with her. She loves the youth and motivates them to reach their highest potential in life in spite of obstacles that may befall them. She believes with the right mindset and determination anyone can achieve their goal!

Gloria Chatman, Director of Criminal Justice and Finance
Mrs. Chatman, a Retired employee from Ann Arbor Public Schools. She’s a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a BA in Criminal Justice. She also has a Masters in Leadership Development from Concordia University. She has a positive attitude, a heart for improvement and equality in the juvenile justice system, and has helped in many other areas to promote transformational growth.

Mrs. Barbara Jones-Picou brings a wealth of expertise in the area of Juvenile Justice, Elder Transition, Family Therapy, and Mental Health Services. Mrs. Jones-Picou transitioned from California to Michigan with a degree in Human Services. She advocates diversity and equality for all individuals.
